The design is based on the idea to extend the green park, by using the theme of water - meadows - garden and translating them to the residential housing blocks. The "living matrix" becomes denser towards the street and creates a 3-4 floor storey building frontage.

One building (20mx35m) exists of seven allotments. Each allotment (100m²) can be designed from a catalogue offering different floorplan layouts. A high degree of flexibility for extensions and customised design is given.
