The design of the St. Elisabeth Hospital is centred around a green space. The green flows inside the transparent entrance hall with its spacious courtyard producing a "Hospital in the Park" perception.

The cental hall with its elevators connect the 4 pavillons, allowing patients and visitors to be easily guided to informaiton points. The double stationed care groups are combined on each floor, allowing for good cooperation/interconnections over short distances, even for night shifts.
